Candidate Screening
Our industry and market knowledge ensures clients only see relevant people who have been fully screened. We can confidently advise on the suitability of candidates for positions and the availability of specialist candidates.

Upon registration candidates are assessed to determine their suitability for advertised assignments and available opportunities. We assess candidates work history, strengths & weaknesses, verbal & written communication skills, personality, enthusiasm and long term career aspirations prior to forwarding their details to clients. References are obtained from previous employers and all candidates are checked for eligibility to work in the UK.

Payroll
Candidates who are working through a temporary or contract assignment are offered a weekly payroll service. We seek to process time sheets as quickly and efficiently as possible ensuring candidates are paid on time with the correct tax and national insurance contributions (if applicable).

Terms & Conditions of Business
All clients are sent a copy of terms & conditions of business prior to the commencement of the recruitment process. As a preferred supplier of staff to a number of organisations we can negotiate special terms depending on our clients requests.
